Further Proof that Seattle Fans are Idiots

This article from Seattle Times Columnist Steve Kelley.

My favorite:
"Quick question. Nose tackle. Shouldn't that be illegal? Tackling a guy by his nose has to be as dangerous as tackling him by the face mask. I'm proposing the league make it a 15-yard penalty for nose tackle. What do you think?"
I think some of them are fake, like the guy joking about why the Steelers are taking the bus to Detriot - can't the NFL chip in for airfare, but it makes sense that some people are just that dumb, I've met some of them. I have more faith that someone actually thought wide reciever was a criticism of former Penn State WR Joe Jurevicious's weight then someone actually think its funny.

This Steve Kelley is one of the few Seattle Sports people I like. He's sort of the bizarro Bob Smizik, in that like Bob he's intelligent and knows what he's talking about sportswise, but unlike Bob he's enjoyable, and can write, and has a soul.

This is a blog about the Pittsburgh Pirates. My vision: to write about the games at the games.
