As My Mind Drifts Away From BaseballDuring the bottom of the seventh on the Marlins feed they showed some girls being interviewed because they were part of some Fish Dancing Team. Being from Pittsburgh I'm against cheerleaders. Being a baseball traditionalist, I'm especially against them on a baseball field. That being said, these girls were ridiculously hot, and I need to visit Miami.The ensuing catch by Chris Duffy was also hot, as was his bunt single the next inning. Not extremely beautiful woman hot, but you get the drift. I know we think of him as a future fourth outfielder, but he has shown excellent fundamentals and a dazzling glove. If he can post a OBA above .350 I see no reason why he can't be out leadoff hitter of the future. posted by Rory at 11:14 PM | |
